Jack Henry is migrating to a new data center as part of ongoing efforts to improve security. The SmartApps engineering team is working with Jack Henry to transition all Symitar SmartApps customers using EASE to the new datacenter environment.

The migration will begin with SmartApps UAT & EASE Sandbox environments starting tomorrow, November 13, 2025. An additional status page update will be made when the UAT migration and core connectivity validation are complete.

Production migrations will follow during the week of December 1, 2025, ensuring completion before the December 15, 2025 cutover deadline. More details will be provided in a future status page update. For any questions, please contact SmartApps Support.
