Jack Henry is migrating to a new data center as part of ongoing efforts to improve security. The SmartApps engineering team is working with Jack Henry to transition all Symitar SmartApps customers using EASE to the new datacenter environment.
SmartApps production environments for Symitar EASE customers will be cutover to the new datacenter environment during this maintenance window. Less than 5 minutes of downtime is anticipated.
