Daon will perform a planned upgrade of the IdentityX platform to version 5.10 on July 7, 2026, beginning at 4:00 AM EDT. This maintenance applies only to SmartApps customers utilizing Daon Voice Biometrics services.

This update installs the latest version of Daon's IdentityX software platform and does not impact the SmartApps Voice Biometrics integration or existing Voice Biometrics functionality. The upgrade will be completed using a rolling deployment process across the server cluster, allowing the service to remain available throughout the maintenance window. No service interruption is expected.
